为了解决现有水泥速凝剂腐蚀性大,喷射混凝土后期强度低和耗碱量高等缺点,提出了研究新型速凝剂的课题。我们在查阅国内外有关资料的基础上,经过反复试验,发现一种工业废料—矾泥经适当处理后,再配以少量其它材料,就能制出一种新型速凝剂—782型速凝剂(简称782,下同)。
In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing cement quick-setting agent such as corrosiveness, low post-treatment strength of the shotcrete and high alkali consumption, a subject to study a new quick setting accelerator is proposed. On the basis of referring to the relevant information both at home and abroad, we found that a new type of quick-setting accelerator -782 quick-setting coagulant can be produced after an appropriate trial of an industrial waste - alum mud with a few other materials. Agent (referred to as 782, the same below).
