目的:建立HPLC法测定关节风痛丸中粉防己碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:KromasiL C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-含0.1%三乙胺的0.03mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾水溶液(55:25:20);流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长280nm。结果:粉防己碱进样量在0.219～5.470μg内和峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为1.18%(n=6)。结论:该检测方法可行、结果准确、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tetrandrine in Artemia and Gout. Methods: The chromatographic column was KromasiL C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.03 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution containing 55% 25:20); flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1; detection wavelength 280 nm. Results: The linear range of peak area was 0.219 ~ 5.470μg. The average recovery was 100.24% with RSD of 1.18% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is feasible, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
