正交试验设计是利用正交表来分析多因素试验的一种设计方法。它是从试验因素的全部水平中,挑选部分有代表性的水平和因素进行试验和分析,找出最优的水平组合,以达到对实践工作的指导目的。本文介绍了正交试验设计的方法并举例说明了该方法在烹饪专业教学研究中的应用。
Orthogonal experimental design is the use of orthogonal tables to analyze a design method of multi-factorial experiments. It is from all levels of the experimental factors, the selection of some representative levels and factors for testing and analysis to find the optimal combination of levels in order to achieve the guidance of practical work. This paper introduces the method of orthogonal experiment design and illustrates the application of this method in the cooking teaching research.
