采用Amine Sweetening-SRK和Amine Sweetening-PR专用物性模型对净化厂净化装置脱硫单元进行了模拟计算,分析了MDEA循环量、浓度及水蒸汽加热介质等可调参数对净化过程的影响。针对湿净化气温度偏高的现象,提出增加1个气/气换热器的建议。从降低能耗、节约生产成本的方面,提出暂停使用大流量泵以及利用净化厂所处的地理位置和自然气候,水冷器只在夏季使用等建议。
Amine Sweetening-SRK and Amine Sweetening-PR model were used to simulate the desulfurization unit of purifying plant. The effects of MDEA circulation volume, concentration and adjustable parameters of steam heating medium on purification process were analyzed. Aiming at the phenomenon of high temperature of wet purifying gas, a proposal of adding 1 gas / gas heat exchanger is proposed. In terms of reducing energy consumption and saving production costs, the proposal of suspending the use of large-flow pumps, utilizing the geographical location and natural climate of the depuration plant, and using the water cooler only in the summer months, is proposed.
