用三只 QCW- 6 0 0 W激光二极管侧面抽运 Nd:YAG激光器 ,在重复频率为 2 0 0 Hz,单脉冲注入能量为 2 70 m J条件下 ,实现了 2 9.7m J,TEM0 0 模调 Q激光输出 ,M2 =1.12 ,脉宽 6 .4 ns,光 -光转换效率 11% ,斜效率 16 .5% ,输出能量不稳定度 1.14%。通过 KTP晶体腔外倍频 ,获得了单脉冲能量 16 .8m J,脉宽 5.6 ns的绿光输出 ,倍频效率 56 .6 %。
Nd: YAG laser was pumped side by side with three QCW-6 0 0 W laser diodes. Under the conditions of a repetition frequency of 200 Hz and a single impulse energy of 2 70 mJ, a 2 9.7 mJ, TEM0 0 mode Q-switched laser output, M2 = 1.12, pulse width of 6.4 ns, optical-optical conversion efficiency of 11%, ramp efficiency of 16.5%, the output energy instability of 1.14%. By the KTP crystal extracavity frequency doubling, a single pulse energy of 16.8m J, pulse width of 5.6 ns green output, frequency doubling efficiency of 56.6%.
