教师质量即教育质量。为了落实江苏省教育厅、财政厅《关于做好2013年中小学教师和校长省级国内培训工作》,加快建设“文化凝聚力和引领力强、文化事业和文化产业强、文化人才队伍强”的文化强省战略要求,充分发挥宜兴得天独厚的资源优势。2013年暑期,自全省各地的80位中小学美术老师冒着酷暑,相聚陶都——宜兴,参加了为期10天的江苏省“当代陶艺教育与制作技能”培训。学习短暂而又充实,紧张而又忙碌,了解了陶瓷的相关知识,掌握了陶艺不同的成型工艺、装饰技法。
