车轮饼起源于日本,最早叫大判烧,在江户时期,江户的钱叫做“判”而车轮饼的形象就象一个大钱币。所以叫做“大判烧”也有地方称之为“今川烧”“二重烧”“回转烧”“太鼓烧”在日本“大判烧”是著名的三大饼之一,后来传入台湾,由于形象酷似车轮又取名车轮饼,最好吃的车轮饼莫过于刚刚做好,一口咬下去时由于内馅饱满到溢出来,让人一边喊烫一边忙着擦嘴的情景,公司根据市场需求独创多种口味:奶油、香芋,红豆、巧克力等。
Wheel cake originated in Japan and was first called Dajuku. In the Edo period, the money of Edo was called “Judgement” and the image of wheel cake was like a big coin. So it is called “big fire” and there are places called “Imakawa’s Burn”, “Douge Burning”, “Rotary Burning”, “Taiko Burning” and “Great Burning in Japan” are the famous three. One of the pies was later introduced to Taiwan. Because the image resembles the wheel and the name of the wheel cake, the best wheel cake is better than just being done. When a bite goes on, the filling is full and overflows. The scene of busy rubbing mouth, the company created a variety of flavors according to market demand: butter, citron, red beans, chocolate and so on.
