旅游职业学校培养的目标是为旅游目的地的旅游市场培养具有一定理论知识和较强实践能力,面向基层旅游服务、管理的应用型、技能型人才。但是,中职学校受到传统教学模式的影响,在教学中强调传授按严格学科体系形成的书本知识,而忽视运用知识去分析、解决问题以及实际动手能力、操作能力的培养。造成了今天的中职生在走出校门后,出现知识结构不过硬,专业技能不扎实的现象,在复杂的工作环境和灵活多变的现场问题时手足无措。为了学生能成为真正实用型人才,必须提高他们的实践技能。本文结合中等旅游职业学校的实际教学管理经验,探究如何运用科学、合理的教学方法提高学生操作技能和综合职业能力。
The goal of tourism vocational school training is to train applied and skilled talents who have certain theoretical knowledge and strong practical abilities for the tourist destination tourism market and are oriented to grassroots tourism services and management. However, secondary vocational schools are influenced by the traditional teaching mode, emphasizing the teaching of book knowledge formed by strict disciplinary system in teaching, and ignoring the use of knowledge to analyze and solve problems as well as practical hands-on and operational skills training. As a result, today’s secondary vocational school students emerge from the school gate, but their knowledge structure is not perfect, and their professional skills are not solid. They are feeling helpless in the complicated working environment and the flexible field issues. In order for students to become truly functional talents, their practical skills must be improved. Combined with the actual teaching management experience of secondary vocational schools, this article explores how to use scientific and reasonable teaching methods to improve students’ operational skills and comprehensive vocational ability.
