☆在全党、全军和全国各族人民深入贯彻党的十四届六中全会精神,大力加强社会主义精神文明建设的新形势下,我们向广大读者隆重推荐’96第12期《国防》杂志。 社会主义精神文明建设是一项宏大的工程,是关系国家和民族盛衰兴亡、关系到军队发展的伟大事业。江泽民主席特别强调,军队的精神文明建设要走在全社会的前列。为深入贯彻落实江主席的指示精神,本刊全文刊登了《中央军委关于贯彻党的十四届六中全会精神加强军队精神文明建设的意见》,其目的就在于方便广大读者的学习,进一步统一军队精神文明建设要走在全社会前列的思想认识。
