一、机车跑偏1.方向机定位弹簧折断或失效。定位弹簧共有六片其形状为弧形(如图一所示),装配在配油阀阀杆定位弹簧孔中和阀套的定位弹簧槽中。当完成一次转向后,阀套由机械反馈回到中立位置,这时还有2.4°的转角差,定位弹簧的作用即消除该转角差。定位弹簧的折断或失效,使阀套回位不正而引起机车跑偏。排除方法:更换定位弹簧片,可用表条代用。为弥补材质和几何形状的差异,最好要成对地更换,以保证左右侧的弹力相同,使阀套保持中立位置。
