模块化教学模式以模式技能训练和能力本位训练最具有代表性,在我国中职教育界,总结出了相对适合我国国情的“宽基础、活模块”教育模式,也就是所谓的以人为本、全面育人的教育理念。根据职业教育的要求,培养中职学生基础的人文素质、基础的从业能力,继而培养他们的专业汽修能力。职业教育注重培养学生的技术能力和工作能力,在教学改革不断深入的形势下,中职学校应在人才培养的模式上不断进行总结和探索。中职汽修采用模块化教学,能够弥补学生在物理基础知识方面的不足,增强学生学习的连贯性。
