在世界经济一体化的现代,企业面临着更多更大的挑战与风险。高风险,高收益,较高的收益不可避免带来较大的风险。其中财务风险的存在对一些企业来说是致命的,企业必须注重并有效的防范和应对财务风险。本文通过对财务风险的概念、基本特征和基本类型和国内外研究现状的分析,得出造成企业财务风险形成的原因主要有内部原因和外部原因两个方面。最后通过对宏观环境和企业内部微观原因的分析研究总结出有针对性的防范企业财务风险的措施。
In the modern world economic integration, enterprises are facing more and greater challenges and risks. High-risk, high-yield, high yield inevitably bring greater risk. Among them, the existence of financial risk is fatal to some enterprises, enterprises must pay attention to and effectively prevent and deal with financial risks. Through the analysis of the concept, basic characteristics and basic types of financial risks and the current research status both at home and abroad, this paper draws the conclusion that the causes of the formation of corporate financial risks are mainly internal and external causes. Finally, through the analysis of the macro-environment and the micro-reasons within the enterprise, it summarizes the measures to prevent the financial risk of the enterprise.
