为阐明表皮生长因子(EGF)对卵巢功能的调节作用,本实验用培养的大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞观察了EGF与人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)共同作用对细胞增殖、甾体激素与cAMP生成的影响。结果:EGF可明显抑制hCG刺激的孕酮生成,并呈剂量依赖性,而对hCG刺激的雌二醇生成无影响;EGF对hCG刺激的颗粒细胞cAMP生成具有增强作用,使cAMP生成增加;EGF能刺激颗粒细胞增殖,使3HTdR掺入增加,hCG不影响EGF的这种作用。提示EGF与hCG对卵巢功能的影响既有相互作用,又有各自的作用。
