目的研究教学医院住院病人医院感染危险因素,分析各种因素的相关性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对某教学综合医院2012年度住院患者医院感染临床资料进行了统计与分析。结果本次共调查该医院全年住院患者69 156例,发生医院感染2 621例,感染发生率3.79%。感染部位以呼吸道感染率最高,为2.29%;其次是泌尿道与消化道,感染率分别为0.54%和0.35%。该医院全年实施择期手术17 062例次,医院感染发生率为1.11%;急诊手术4 642例次,感染率为4.16%。感染危险因素主要是高龄和伴随严重基础病以及各种插管留置。结论该教学医院患者医院感染率处于常规状态,但急诊手术感染率较高,其原因和防控措施值得探讨。 Objective To study the risk factors of nosocomial infection in inpatients in teaching hospitals and analyze the correlation of various factors. Methods A retrospective investigation was carried out to analyze and analyze the clinical data of inpatients with hospital infection in a teaching general hospital in 2012. Results A total of 69 156 inpatients were hospitalized in this hospital. There were 2621 hospital infections and the incidence of infection was 3.79%. Infected parts of the respiratory tract infection rate was the highest, 2.29%; followed by the urinary tract and digestive tract, the infection rates were 0.54% and 0.35%. The hospital implemented elective surgery 17 062 cases throughout the year, the incidence of hospital infection was 1.11%; 4 642 emergency surgery cases, the infection rate was 4.16%. The main risk factors for infection are advanced age and with underlying diseases and various intubation indwelling. Conclusion The prevalence of nosocomial infection in teaching hospitals is in a normal state, but the infection rate in emergency surgery is high, and its causes and prevention and control measures are worth discussing.
