1985—1988年,中国当代文学史展开了一场集中的讨论。这场讨论今天看来仍然意义重大,许多问题已经成为当代文学史讨论的元话语。唐弢先生是中国现代文学史研究专家,但他发表于1985年的《当代文学不宜写史》的文章,不仅开启了新时期当代文学史讨论的先河,重要的是那里隐含了唐弢先生难以讲述的经验和无奈。本文通过分析现、当代文学史写作的复杂历史,重新理解唐弢先生当年的观点,以期为当代文学史的建构提供另外一种理解和参照。
From 1985 to 1988, the history of Chinese contemporary literature held a focused discussion. The discussion today seems still significant and many issues have become the meta-discourse for the discussion of contemporary literary history. Mr. Tang Tao is an expert on the history of modern Chinese literature. However, his article “History of Contemporary Literature Should Not Write History” published in 1985 not only opened the door for the discussion of contemporary literary history in the new era, but what was important was that there was an implication of Mr. Tang Tao Hard to tell the experience and helplessness. By analyzing the complicated history of contemporary and contemporary literary history writing, this article tries to re-understand the viewpoint of Mr. Tang Tao in the same year and hope to provide another kind of understanding and reference for the construction of contemporary literary history.
