分别位于北京和香港的两栋高档办公楼,虽然服务质量相近,但后者的年单位面积耗冷量却是前者的四倍多。为了找出耗冷量差异巨大的原因,本研究在深入调研室内发热量、运行作息规律等影响耗冷量因素的基础上,将调研结果作为输入参数在DeST软件中建模,把模拟得到的冷量与实测冷量进行对比,检验输入参数的可靠程度;进而基于这两个校验过的模型,分析冷量差异的原因,并进而分析各自的节能潜力和主要特征。
The two high-end office buildings in Beijing and Hong Kong, respectively, although the service quality is similar, the latter consumes more than four times as much energy per unit of area as the former. In order to find out the reasons for the huge difference in the consumption of cooling capacity, based on the deep investigation of the factors that affect the cooling capacity, such as indoor heating value, operating schedule and so on, the research results are used as input parameters in DeST software. The simulated The comparison between the cold capacity and the measured cold capacity is carried out to test the reliability of the input parameters. Based on these two calibrated models, the reasons for the differences in cold capacity are analyzed, and their potential for energy saving and their main features are analyzed.
