战争中参战军兵种众多 ,武器系统繁杂 ,为了统一衡量各军兵种及各种武器系统及部 (分 )队的战斗力 ,以及它们在作战中的贡献 ,很需要有一种统一的衡量指标 (指数 )。本文力图将数理方法与历史经验紧密结合 ,使指数的应用与武器效能的评估方法“相容”,形成一个全新的、完整的指数体系 ,并给出其计算方法。
In order to unify and measure the combat effectiveness of various arms, various weapon systems and ministries (teams) and their contribution to the operations, there is a need for a unified measure (index) for the large number of warships and their complicated weapon systems. . This paper tries hard to combine the mathematical method with the historical experience, make the application of the index “compatible” with the evaluation method of the weapon effectiveness, and form a brand new and complete index system, and give its calculation method.
