目的利用微孔板芯片技术对一起食物中毒进行检测,评价其在食物中毒事件中的应用效果。方法用食源性致病菌96微孔板芯片对一起食物中毒样品进行检测,同时采用传统的病原分离方法和细菌生化鉴定仪对分离菌株进行鉴定。结果食源性致病菌96微孔板芯片对食物中毒样品的检测结果与病原分离培养结果完全一致。结论食源性致病菌96微孔板芯片具有快速、准确、自动化和高通量等特点,作为应对食物中毒等突发公共卫生事件的快速检测具有重要意义。
Objective To detect the food poisoning by using the microplate technique and evaluate its application effect in food poisoning. Methods A food-borne pathogenic 96-well microtiter plate was used to detect a food poisoning sample. At the same time, the traditional pathogen isolation method and bacterial biochemical analyzer were used to identify the isolates. Results Food-borne pathogenic bacteria 96 microplate chip test results of food poisoning samples and pathogen isolation and culture results are exactly the same. Conclusion The 96-well microtiter platelets of food-borne pathogens are rapid, accurate, automated and high-throughput. They are of great importance in the rapid detection of public health emergencies such as food poisoning.
