根据目前艾滋病防治工作的要求,率先在综合医院实施医务人员主动提供HIV检测咨询(PITC)管理工作。通过建立严格的工作制度、专人管理等工作方法,提高了医务人员对艾滋病的认识及主动检测意识,扩大了HIV检测面,使更多的阳性患者早期被发现,并进行了早期的干预和管理,确保了工作效果。针对工作中存在的一些问题提出了几点建议。以便为其他综合医院开展PITC提供可行性管理方案。
