本文从室性期外收缩之QRS波形态、多原或单原、多发或单发,对心肌受损情况作了初步分析。资料来源:自1954年11月～1963年1月共作3,847次心电图,843例出现心律紊乱(性心律不齐未包括在内),共出现心律紊乱1041次,其中414例出现室性期外收缩,占第一位。从中无选择性地分析了229例。分析方法:(1)按QRS形态分为二组:①QRS波型光滑者为典型形态组(130例);②QRS有切迹者为异型
