钢铁生产是混合型工业过程中最为复杂的制造过程 ,而炼钢区段则是钢铁制造过程中最为复杂的阶段 ,其中炼钢厂运行控制的计算机化是炼钢系统优化与控制的重要内容。阐述了炼钢厂计算机辅助生产调度系统(CAPSS)的核心问题、软件结构及研发内容等重要问题 ,从工程角度描述了 CAPSS系统硬件和工具软件的配置方案 ,并对 CAPSS应用软件的设计原则、设计方案、体系结构、数据库设计和模块设计进行了探讨。 CAPSS已经投入实际生产并获得了良好的实效。
Steel production is one of the most complex manufacturing processes in hybrid industrial processes. Steelmaking sections are the most complicated stages in the steel manufacturing process. Computerization of steelmaking operations control is an important part of steelmaking system optimization and control. The key issues such as the core issue, software structure and R & D content of computer-aided production scheduling system (CAPSS) in steel mills were expounded. The configuration scheme of CAPSS system hardware and tool software was described from the perspective of engineering. The design principles of CAPSS application software, Design scheme, architecture, database design and module design. CAPSS has been put into actual production and achieved good results.
