准备活动是体育课不可缺少的教学环节,它具有自身的特点,但又灵活多变,一堂课准备活动安排是否得当,将直接影响课的教学质量。对专门性准备活动,以及诱导和辅助练习进行概念界定,从运动技能的迁移入手分析了专门性准备活动的教学原理,研究了专门性准备活动诱导和辅助功能的体现,提出专门性准备活动的设计和创编是丰富体育教学内容的手段和提高教师教学素养途径的观点。
Preparatory activities are an indispensable part of physical education teaching, it has its own characteristics, but flexible, a lesson preparation activities arranged properly, will directly affect the quality of teaching.
