目前,报刊上许多调查报告的题目省去了“报告”二字,而采用“……的调查”的形式.对此,作者和读者多是作通常的理解,很少考虑其科学性如何.其实,严格讲来,“调查”是不能代替“调查报告”的.因为,“调查报告”和“调查”说的是两回事.“调查报告”,主要是调查人报告调查对象情况,即调查主体对调查客体的反映.“调查”,则是调查人报告自身调查工作进展情况,即调查主体对自身的反映.举例说明:
