Vaccination is a big triumph in preventive care. But there is still a long way to go to build an immunological shield to protect against deadly pathogens - some of the most deadly diseases do not yet have an effective vaccine for control. Not only that, there are still many inequalities in the distribution of vaccines worldwide. Although there has been considerable progress in the development and manufacture of vaccines, all humankind’s efforts to cure diseases through vaccines still face scientific, technical and economic barriers. Vaccination is a major milestone in medicine. But the future is still long, which is obvious. Although we have done a great deal of research on the three most deadly diseases in the world, tuberculosis, malaria and AIDS, we still have not found an effective vaccine against any of them. Another disease, almost forgotten by the Western world, poliomyelitis, continues to proliferate in some poor countries. But we are far from the end
