对全区1993年底前确诊的尘肺病例进行了流行病学回顾性调查。历年累计发生尘肺病232例,死亡11例,现患22例,现患率0.68％。病例集中分布在地属以上企业及南阳市、邓州市、南阳县、桐柏县属企业。近几年新发病例迅速增加,防治工作急待加强。水泥建材业和矿山是全区尘肺病重点防治单位,年龄45岁以上,接尘15年以上职工是重点防治人群。
Epidemiological retrospective investigation was conducted on the pneumoconiosis cases diagnosed before the end of 1993 in the whole district. Over the years, a total of 232 cases of pneumoconiosis occurred, 11 died and 22 cases were present. The prevalence was 0.68%. Cases concentrated in the above-ground enterprises and Nanyang City, Dengzhou City, Nanyang County, Tongbai County is a business. In recent years, the rapid increase of new cases, prevention and treatment urgently need to be strengthened. Cement and building materials industry and mine is the focus of prevention and treatment of pneumoconiosis units in the region, aged 45 years of age, dust-dependent workers over 15 years is the focus of prevention and control of the population.
