我公司在柴油机生产中,气缸盖进、排气门座孔对导管孔同轴度及底平面对导管孔垂直度要求精度高,它的加工质量直接影响气缸盖的气门密封性。如L475气缸盖进、排气门座孔对导管孔的同轴度为φ0.04mm,底平面对导管孔的垂直度为0.06mm。用一般同轴度量规检测不能准确地测出其同轴度的偏差值。我们设计了既能测进、排气门座孔对导管孔同轴度,又能测底平面对导管孔的垂直度综合检具,如图所示。
In our company’s production of diesel engines, the cylinder head inlet and exhaust valve seat hole on the coaxiality of the catheter hole and the bottom plane perpendicular to the catheter hole requires high precision, its processing quality directly affects the cylinder head valve sealing. With the general coaxial measurement gauge can not accurately measure the deviation of the coaxial value. We have designed to both into the exhaust valve seat hole on the coaxiality of the catheter hole, but also to measure the bottom plane perpendicularity of the catheter hole integrated gage, as shown.
