在我国旅游业迅速发展的今天,的旅行社所面对的市场竞争也越来越激烈旅行社作为服务性行业,主要业务是向旅游者提供服务,旅行社服务质量的高低是由旅游者的满意度确定的。旅行社要在竞争中求得生存和发展,适应市场需要,就必须根据旅游者的需求提高服务质量,因此构建旅行社服务质量改革已势在必行。
In today’s rapid development of tourism in our country, the travel agencies face increasingly fierce market competition. As a service industry, travel agencies mainly provide services to tourists. The quality of service provided by travel agencies is determined by tourists’ satisfaction of. To survive and develop in the competition and meet the needs of the market, travel agencies must improve the service quality according to the needs of tourists. Therefore, it is imperative to construct the service quality reform of travel agencies.
