乒乓球运动是一项适合大众的健身娱乐项目。它在我国有着很广泛的群众体育基础和很久远的体育基础,它不仅仅能够让我们强身健体,还凝聚了我们中国人民积极进取,拼搏向上的精神。乒乓球作为我国的国球其运动水平一直是世界顶级的、不可替代的,在世界大赛上屡创辉煌,这也积极推动了民间乒乓球运动的顺利发展。乒乓球运动在我国是发展比较广泛的一种体育健身运动,然而很多乒乓球运动的爱好者和学校乒乓球选修课上进行练习时,常常忽视了对乒乓球步伐的练习和研究。只是单纯的认为乒乓球是手上的动作,与腿无关,所以在打乒乓球时身体会站立的得很直,或者不进行步伐的移动,这就容易导致乒乓球运动水平不能很快的得到提高。但随着乒乓球运动的大众普及,步法的运用也越来越体现出它的重要性。因此本文重点在于对乒乓球五种步伐的研究和探讨。
Table tennis is a fitness entertainment for the general public. It has a very broad mass sports foundation and a very long-term sports foundation in our country. It not only enables us to maintain a healthy body, but also embodies the spirit of our Chinese people, who are proactive and hardworking. Table Tennis, as a national sport of our country, has always been one of the most advanced and irreplaceable sports in the world. It has made brilliant achievements in world competitions. It has also promoted the smooth development of non-governmental table tennis. Table tennis in China is a relatively wide range of sports and fitness exercises, but many table tennis enthusiasts and school elective lessons practicing in table tennis, often neglected the pace of table tennis practice and research. It’s just that pingpong is a hand movement and has nothing to do with the legs. Therefore, when playing table tennis, the body will stand very straight or move without pace, which will easily lead to the ping-pong being unable to be quickly obtained improve. However, with the popularization of table tennis, the application of the footwork also shows its importance more and more. Therefore, this article focuses on the five kinds of pace of table tennis research and discussion.
