为了解房山区铅污染对儿童体格生长状况的影响,于2007年5月至6月,采集10所幼儿园3~6岁1464名儿童末稍血标本检测血铅含量,检出血铅超标儿童176名,血铅超标率为12.02%,其中厂矿幼儿园铅超标率17.50%,农村乡镇中心幼儿园铅超标率15.76%,城区幼儿园铅超标率10.78%;血铅超标儿童身高、体重低于中位数的比例高于血铅正常儿童,差异有统计学意义。血铅超标儿童中的营养不良、肥胖儿的比例与血铅正常儿童比较,无统计学意义。提示本次调查的房山区儿童仍存在血铅超标现象,其生长发育受到一定影响。
In order to understand the impact of lead contamination on children’s physical growth in Fangshan District from May 2007 to June 2007, blood samples were collected from 1464 children aged 3-6 years in kindergarten to detect blood lead levels. The lead exceeding standard rate was 12.02%. The lead exceeding standard rate was 17.50% in kindergarten, 15.76% in kindergarten of rural township center and 10.78% in urban kindergarten. The height and weight of children with blood lead exceeded the median The proportion was higher than that of normal children with blood lead, the difference was statistically significant. Malnutrition in children with excessive levels of lead in the blood, obese children, the proportion of children with normal blood lead, no statistical significance. It is suggested that children in Fangshan District of this survey still have excessive levels of blood lead and their growth and development are affected to a certain extent.
