人们长时期以来一直认为,通货膨胀并非社会主义经济本身所固有的现象,因而对苏联和国外经济中出现通货膨胀的原因、过程和克服通货膨胀的措施均未深入进行研究。经济学家和实际工作者在当代通货膨胀浪潮面前感到束手无策。这种对理论和历史经验漫不经心的态度现在势必要受到惩罚。摆脱危机形势的出路,不能指靠没有最终成果的大量的实用主义措施,这只能加深消极的趋势。我们应该用新的理论观点解释下列热点问题:什么是当代的通货膨胀;通货膨胀的根源何在,其表现形式与后果;面对这个危险的迅速加剧的疾病需要怎样的抗毒素。 People have long believed that inflation is not an inherent phenomenon in the socialist economy itself. Therefore, neither the reasons for the inflation in the Soviet Union and foreign economies, the process nor measures to overcome inflation have been studied in depth. Economists and practitioners feel helpless in the face of the tidal wave of contemporary inflation. Such a careless attitude towards the theory and historical experience is now bound to be punished. The way out of the crisis can not refer to a large number of pragmatic measures with no final result, which can only deepen the negative trend. We should explain the following hot topics from a new theoretical perspective: what is contemporary inflation; what is the root cause of inflation, its manifestations and its consequences; and what kind of anti-toxin is needed to deal with this dangerous and rapidly exacerbating disease.
