由于城市功能的现代化,城市和大型基础设施内的多元化,各种聚集和系统之间更密切,一旦发生火灾会产生连锁反应,如果处理不好,往往会造成城市功能的丧失。本文选取部分大城市火灾事故发生数、火灾事故死亡数、火灾事故受伤数、火灾事故财产损失和人口火灾发生率五个指标,分析我国城市消防安全状况,并对城市消防的救援能力进行了分析。
Due to the modernization of urban functions, the diversification of cities and large infrastructures, the close proximity of various aggregates and systems, a chain reaction in the event of a fire, which if not handled well, often results in the loss of urban functions. This paper selects five major indicators of the number of fire accidents in urban areas, the number of fire deaths, the number of fire accidents, fire damage property losses and the incidence of population fire five indicators of urban fire safety in China, and analysis of urban fire rescue capabilities .
