被外界称为“心灵鸡汤”的《读者》正在进行不断地调整与转型,其母公司读者传媒也正在进行IPO冲刺。考虑到近年新媒体已经成为文化传媒的业务新方向,读者传媒的手机报项目却让人大跌眼镜。被称为“兰州三宝”之一的《读者》,其母公司正试图冲刺国内“期刊第一股”。5月18日,读者出版传媒股份有限公司(以下简称“读者传媒”)更新了招股说明书。读者传媒此次计划发行新股以及老股配售,其中新增股份不超过6000万股,老股发售不超过3800万股,合计发行总股份9800万股,总股本最高不超过2.4亿股。
