当前国家对特殊教育事业越来越重视,针对此问题有很多地区学者和专家都做了相应的调查,但大同市特殊学校体育教学的现状调查还属于空白。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法对大同市特殊教育学校体育教学的现状进行调查,发现大同市特殊教育学校存在的一系列问题:(1)体育师资薄弱,教师数量少,业务能力有待进一步提高;(2)对残疾学生在体育课教学过程中的安全问题不够重视;(3)体育设施数量质量都无法满足体育教学的需要。并提出了相应的建议:(1)政府应该更加重视特殊教育事业的发展,建立特殊教育职业岗位的优惠政策,大量吸引学历高、业务能力强的教师;(2)让残疾学生明确体育学习、康复的重要性,培养他们良好的运动习惯;(3)相关部门要投入资金,进一步完善体育场地、设施器材。
At present, the state attaches more and more importance to special education. Many scholars and experts in this area have made corresponding investigations. However, the investigation of physical education in special schools in Datong is still blank. This paper investigates the current situation of PE teaching in special education schools in Datong by literature, questionnaire, interviews and mathematical statistics, and finds out a series of problems existing in special education schools in Datong. (1) The PE teachers are weak, (2) Pay less attention to the safety problems of students with disabilities in PE teaching process; (3) The quantity and quality of sports facilities can not meet the needs of PE teaching. (1) The government should pay more attention to the development of special education, set up preferential policies for special education occupations and attract a large number of teachers with high academic qualifications and strong professional skills; (2) Make disabled students make explicit physical education, The importance of rehabilitation, to develop their good exercise habits; (3) relevant departments should invest funds to further improve the sports venues, facilities and equipment.
