为了改善纳米BaTiO3湿敏元件的耐水性能 ,采用了两种方法。一是在元件感湿膜上涂由乙基纤维素构成的防水保护膜 ;二是用高分子湿敏材料与纳米BaTiO3混合 ,制成复合材料湿敏元件。这两种方法不仅改善了纳米BaTiO3的耐水性能 ,而且使感湿膜与衬底的结合更牢固。将两种方法结合使用效果更好
In order to improve the water resistance of nano-BaTiO3 humidity sensor, two methods are used. First, the element of the wet film coated with ethyl cellulose composition of the waterproof protective film; the second is the use of polymer moisture-sensitive materials mixed with nano-BaTiO3 made of composite humidity sensor. These two methods not only improve the water resistance of nano-BaTiO3, but also make the wet film bond with the substrate more firmly. Combining the two methods works better
