西洋参果皂苷成分的研究

从加拿大产西洋参果中分得一种达玛烷型新三萜皂苷 ,利用理化性质和波谱数据鉴定为 3β,12 β,2 0 (S) ,2 4ξ,2 5 -五羟基达玛 - 3- O- β- D-吡喃葡萄糖基 - (1→ 2 ) - β- D-吡喃葡萄糖苷 ,命名为西洋参皂苷 - F1 ( )。同时鉴定了 4种已知达玛烷型三萜皂苷 ,即人参皂苷 - Rh1 ( )、人参皂苷 - Rh2 ( )、人参皂苷 - Rg1 ( )及人参皂苷 - Rg2 ( ) ,均为首次从该植物果实中分离得到。 A new type of tamarind type triterpene saponin was obtained from the American ginseng fruit produced in Canada and identified as 3β,12β,2 0 (S),2 4ξ,2 5 -pentahydroxydama-3 by physicochemical properties and spectral data. -O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2) - β-D-glucopyranoside, designated as ginsenoside-F1 (). At the same time, four known types of trimaranth saponins, namely ginsenoside-Rh1(), ginsenoside-Rh2(), ginsenoside-Rg1(), and ginsenoside-Rg2(), were identified from the plant for the first time. The fruit was isolated.
