微纳米流控芯片作为新型生物传感器技术,能在降低样品剂量时,依旧保持高通性、特异检测突出性和快捷提取检验的性能优势,在医疗技术、环境监测等领域均有广泛应用。文中所涉及到的微纳米级生物传感器主要为高分子聚合物(聚芳醚酮)的纳米金属电化学传感器和聚二乙炔比色试纸条传感器。并对微纳米生物传感器的选材和制备做了典型性研究,依据传感器的优势特性,对其在环境监测与物质分析方面的应用进行探索,为提升微纳米流控芯片的灵敏度和特异性检测能力提供数据参考。
