通过对内嵌预应力碳纤维加固混凝土梁的静力加载试验,对其受力过程、破坏形态、承载力、延性和变形情况进行了分析。试验结果表明:内嵌预应力碳纤维筋加固混凝土梁能大幅度提高被加固梁的开裂荷载和极限荷载,延迟裂缝开展,改善梁的正常使用状态;有效减小加固构件的变形,延缓筋材屈服,充分利用碳纤维筋的高强性能;且随着加固量及初始预应力水平的提高,被加固试件的延性有所降低。内嵌预应力碳纤维筋加固法能有效解决现有加固方法在材料利用不充分,粘结剥离破坏等方面的缺点,是一种行之有效的加固方法。
Through the static loading test of RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP, the stress process, failure mode, bearing capacity, ductility and deformation are analyzed. The experimental results show that the RC beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP tendons can greatly improve the cracking load and ultimate load of the strengthened beams, delay the crack propagation and improve the normal service conditions of the beams. The deformation of the reinforcement members can be effectively reduced and the yield of the reinforcement material retarded , Take full advantage of the high strength performance of carbon fiber reinforced, and with the increase of the amount of reinforcement and the level of initial prestress, the ductility of the strengthened specimens is reduced. Reinforced with embedded prestressed carbon fiber reinforcement can effectively solve the shortcomings of the existing reinforcement methods in the material utilization is not sufficient, the bond peeling damage, etc., is an effective reinforcement method.
