如何使企业人力资源发挥更大的优势,员工有更高的满意度与绩效,已不单纯是一个企业人力资源管理的问题。企业年金作为一种员工福利制度在人力资源管理中的独特地位,本文首先从企业年金的定义、作用和意义角度着手,然后自国外实践及经验考虑企业年金制度作为人力资源管理工具的重要价值,最后谈到今后我国企业年金制度推行的必然性。可以预见在不久的将来企业年金作为一种国家提倡引导的企业新兴福利工具,必然有着美好的发展前景。
