相关资料数据显示,企业的现役设备中约有1/3至1/2的仪器或机组存在不同程度的不对中现象,而约有3/5的震动事故由不合理的对中校准所致。基于此研究背景,本文主要探讨了于任意样例点激光基础上建立的中系统降维简化数学模型算法,以期为对中技术的推广应用提供参考依据。
Relevant data show that there are about one-third to one-half of the existing equipment or units in the company’s equipment in operation with different degrees of misalignment, while about 3/5 of the vibration accidents are caused by unreasonable alignment. Based on this research background, this paper mainly discusses the algorithm of reducing the dimension of a simplified mathematical model established on the basis of laser of any sample, in order to provide a reference for the popularization and application of technology.
