改革开放以来,我国住房制度获得了较大的突破,取得了显著的成绩。但是,基于我国人口众多的社会主义国情和城镇化进程加速的现状,住房问题已成为我国政府和民众关注的热点问题。本文通过分析改革开放以来我国住房制度改革的历程,总结我国住房制度改革所取得的成就以及现阶段存在的主要问题,提出加强对商品房的监管力度,完善住房保障制度与强化政府在住宅体系中主导地位的住房对策与建议。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s housing system has made a big breakthrough and has achieved remarkable results. However, based on the current situation of the accelerated socialization of China’s populous and urbanization process, housing has become a hot issue of concern to both our government and the general public. This article analyzes the course of the reform of housing system in our country since the reform and opening up, summarizes the achievements made in the housing system reform in our country and the main problems that exist at this stage. It puts forward that strengthening the supervision of commercial housing, perfecting the housing security system and strengthening the government dominance in the housing system Status of Housing Countermeasures and Suggestions.
