河北省作为一个农业大省,全省约6800万人口,80%左右的人口在农村。在注重教育资源均衡配置的今天,足够数量的优质教师资源的合理配置是河北省农村中小学教育发展的关键。“十五”末,河北省城市、县镇和乡村中小学专任教师数量分别为10.08万人、18.95万人和31.98万人,乡村教师占一半以上。因此,研究河北省中小学教师队伍建设应该以农村中小学教师队伍建设为重点。
As a major agricultural province in Hebei Province, about 68 million people in the province and about 80% of the population live in rural areas. Attention should be paid to the balanced allocation of educational resources today, a sufficient number of high-quality teachers in the rational allocation of resources is the key to rural primary and secondary education in Hebei Province. At the end of the “Tenth Five-year Plan”, the number of full-time teachers in urban, county and rural primary and secondary schools in Hebei Province were 10.08 million, 189,500 and 319,800, respectively, while rural teachers accounted for more than half. Therefore, studying the construction of primary and secondary school teachers in Hebei Province should focus on the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers.
