襄阳汉江五桥主桥为梁拱组合体系刚构桥,跨径布置(77+138+138+77)m。主梁为变高度预应力混凝土箱梁,大悬臂斜腹板单箱3室截面。其0#块结构尺寸与混凝土体积在同类桥梁中较罕见,施工难度大。本文主要从汉江五桥主桥0#块支架与模板设计、混凝土施工、温控措施等方面进行总结介绍,为类似工程提供参考。
The main bridge of Xiangyang Hanjiang River Fifth Bridge is a rigid-frame bridge with beam-arch combination system with span arrangement of (77 + 138 + 138 + 77) m. The main girder is a 3-chamber cross-section of a single box of variable height prestressed concrete box girder and a large cantilever web. Its 0 # block size and concrete volume of similar bridges in the rare, difficult construction. This paper mainly summarizes the 0 # block support and formwork design, concrete construction and temperature control measures of the main bridge of the fifth Hanjiang River Bridge, providing reference for similar projects.
