<正> 《中华人民共和国涉外经济合同法》已由第六届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十次会议通过,并已于1985年7月1日正式施行。该法是为了适应对外开放的需要,根据我国处理对外经济贸易关系的基本原则,在总结建国以来我国在处理涉外经济合同方面的实践经验的基础上,参照国际惯例和国际上的习惯做法制定出来的。这是我国处理涉外经济合同关系的
