信访工作是党和政府联系人民群众的重要渠道,在当前企业深化改革的形势下,企业内部一些深层次矛盾通过信访集中反映出来,要正确认识和把握新形势下企业信访工作的特点,为企业改革和发展创造一个稳定的环境。作为中央驻市企业,就应该维护社会稳定,承担社会责任。此外,企业的信访工作事关企业生产安全、队伍稳定和效益提升等基础工作,特别是在边疆少数民族地区,企业信访工作还涉及到社会稳定、民族团结和政治责任等问题,现就如何做好边疆地区企业信访工作,谈以下几点认识。
