劳动关系是市场经济条件下最基本的社会关系,劳动关系和谐是社会和谐的重要基础和具体体现。发展和谐劳动关系,工会组织必须紧紧围绕发展这个第一要务,建立健全利益协调机制、诉求表达机制、矛盾调处机制、权益保障机制,最大限度地保护、调动和发挥广大职工的积极性、创造性,组织引导广大职工投身实现科学发展、构建和谐社会的伟大进程之中。
Labor relations are the most basic social relations in a market economy. Harmony in labor relations is an important foundation and concrete manifestation of social harmony. To develop harmonious labor relations, trade union organizations must closely focus on the first priority of development, establish and improve a mechanism for the coordination of interests, the mechanism of demand, the mechanism of mediation and the safeguard mechanism of rights and interests so as to protect, mobilize and give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the broad masses of workers and staff members, The organization guides the masses of workers and staff members to join in the great course of realizing scientific development and building a harmonious society.
