(Reporter Liu Ziyan) Tianjin Construction Science and Technology Conference cum Tianjin Municipal Construction Science and Technology Commission was established on November 8 in Tianjin Auditorium, Ministry of Construction Science and Technology Secretary Lai Ming, Vice Mayor of Tianjin Chen Qifeng, Tianjin Construction Commission Liquan Xi , Deputy director Zhang Lianxuan and other leaders attended the meeting and made important speeches. Representatives from various fields of the Tianjin construction system also attended the conference. The purpose of the meeting is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the 10th Plenary Session of the 8th CPC Central Committee, conscientiously implement the national construction science and technology work conference and the deployment of Tianjin Science and Technology Working Conference, strive to strengthen the building of innovative capabilities,
