目的运用ATP生物荧光法测定验证腹腔镜器械清洗流程,并运用该方法监测腹腔镜管腔类器械清洗质量。方法随机抽取分别经A、B、C三种清洗流程清洗后的腹腔镜管腔类器械,运用ATP生物荧光法检测管腔内ATP值。结果清洗流程C为最有效清洗流程,能保证腹腔镜管腔类器械的清洗质量。结论 ATP生物荧光法可操作性强、简便、快捷,是一种消毒供应中心对腹腔镜管腔类器械清洗质量检测的有效方法。
Objective To confirm the cleaning procedure of laparoscopic instruments by ATP biofluorescence assay and to monitor the quality of laparoscopic instruments. Methods The laparoscopic instruments were cleaned by A, B and C respectively, and ATP in the lumen was detected by ATP biofluorescence. Results of the cleaning process C is the most effective cleaning process, to ensure the quality of laparoscopic instruments lumen cleaning. Conclusion ATP biofluorescence method is simple, rapid and easy to operate. It is an effective method for the quality control of laparoscopic instruments in disinfection supply center.
