我厂是生产内燃机配件的厂家,其中各种型号的汽缸套年产量约四十万只以上。缸套毛坯的生产采用工频感应炉熔炼,离心浇注,共有两台一吨半无芯工频感应炉,总容量为900千瓦,分别由两台630KVA变压器供电,用电量占全厂用电量的三分之二以上。因此,节约用电的潜力主要在此。 无芯工频感应炉是单相负载,接到三相电路里需要配备相平衡装置,才能使三相电路达到平衡。一般的相平衡法为容抗平衡法(我厂现用的也是容抗平衡法),即用平衡电容器和平衡电抗器,与感应炉接成三相平衡电路(图1)。
