近年来,我国住宅建设取得了巨大的成就。据统计,1993年、1994年两年,全国城镇住宅建设竣工量均超过2亿m~2,自1980年以来,用了15年的时间,使城镇居民的人均居住面积从3.6m~2提高到7.7m~2,住宅设计的功能与环境质量也有了一定程度的提高。当前,我国住宅建设已进入数量与质量并重发展的新时期,但目前,住宅质量的改善还明显滞后,住宅规划设计的整体水平还有待全面提高。为全面创造科学、文明、安全、优美的人居环境,通过住宅建筑设计水平的逐步提高,使人民群众的居住水平切
In recent years, China’s housing construction has made tremendous achievements. According to statistics, during the two years of 1993 and 1994, the number of completed urban residential buildings exceeded 200 million m 2 . Since 1980, it has taken 15 years to increase the per capita living area of urban residents from 3.6 m 2 . To 7.7m~2, the function and environmental quality of residential design have also been improved to some extent. At present, China’s housing construction has entered a new era of both quantity and quality. However, at present, the improvement of residential quality is still lagging behind, and the overall level of residential planning and design has yet to be fully improved. In order to create a scientific, civilized, safe, and beautiful living environment in an all-round way, through the gradual improvement of the level of residential building design, the people’s living standards will be cut.
