为了满足油田高效低耗采油的需要 ,研制了JZC系列井况自适应抽油机。这种新型智能抽油机采用先进的开关磁阻电动机调速技术和微机控制技术 ,可以根据井况实现冲次的自动调节。介绍了抽油机的机械结构、智能控制原理及其运动规律。现场试验证明 ,这种抽油机运行可靠 ,平衡精确 ,冲程损失小 ,示功图平稳 ,接近于理想状态 ;能够在一定范围内自动调节冲次以适应井况的变化。试验数据表明 ,这种抽油机系统效率可达到 4 8 0 % ,与试验油井原用游梁式抽油机相比实际节能 4 4 4 6% ,增产效果明显。
In order to meet the needs of efficient and low-loss oil production, JZC series well condition adaptive pumping unit has been developed. This new intelligent pumping unit uses advanced switched reluctance motor speed control technology and microcomputer control technology, according to the well conditions to achieve the automatic adjustment of the stroke. The mechanical structure, intelligent control principle and movement rule of pumping unit are introduced. Field tests show that this kind of pumping unit runs reliably, with accurate balance and small stroke loss. The dynamometer is stable and close to the ideal state. It can automatically adjust the stroke within a certain range to adapt to the change of well conditions. Experimental data show that this pumping system efficiency can reach 4800%, compared with the original experimental well pumping beam pumping unit energy saving 4 446%, a significant yield increase.
